The following are few causes of hair loss:
1) Malnutrition
2) Excessive stress
3) Recent illness like typhoid
4) Dandruff
5) Lack of sleep
6) Any chemical irritants used like shampoos or hair sprays
7) Hypothyroidism
8) Medications like
Corticosteroids, antidepressants etc.
My recommendations are as follows:
1) Have Protein rich diet like dry fruits, egg and meat.
2) Take tab.
Trichoton daily once for 2 months.
3) Avoid stress by meditating daily for at least 5 mins.
4) If you have dandruff, use
ketoconazole shampoo weekly thrice.
5) Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
6) Keep away from pollution.
7) Check if you have changed your shampoo or conditioner recently.
If your hair loss doesn't improve even after 1 month of trying all the above, then you need to meet a
dermatologist for further evaluation like thyroid etc.
