What Causes Severe Head Ridges At Center Of Skull?

Hi Doc, I have strange head redges that have formed over the past year. They start at the hair line and go back about 2 1/2" They are left and right of the center of my skull. What can it be and should I see a doctor about this? Very strange! Thank you.
