Anyway her performed CT scan has excluded any possible secondary headache (related to any brain lesion). Cinarizine is a common drug used for migraine headaches. So it could be a migraine headache. It is also used in vertigo and dizziness. Regarding her medicines you refer, I think they are written in a wrong way. One of them is Sleepasil. Sleepasil is a herbal supplement, which is commonly used in sleeping disorders. About the other drug, you should ask your niece to write it well or make a photo of the bottle and send it to you.
