Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your explanation the symptoms of having severe headache with pain primarily confined behind the eye seems to be probably Cluster Headache and it seems to be due to nerve related problem or at times that is no speciic underlying cause..

As far as its relation to teeth cleaning is concerned, it is not due to it and you need to consult a Neurophysician and get him evaluated and a proper clinical examination and MRI scan can be done for diagnosis..

Medications to relieve pain like Sumatriptan, ergotamine etc are given..
Intranasal spray of Lidocaine can also be given for relief..

Hope this information helps..

Regards.
