What Causes Severe Headache Along With Feeling Pressure Above Eyes And Cheeks?

last week I had a stabbing painful headache near my right ear or at least on t he right side of my head. As of yesterday and today, I have a feeling when I bend over that there is fluid in my head swooshing, or pressure on my sinuses.. otherwise I don t really and haven t had a cold. But I feel pressure, above my eyes and cheeks. Is it possible to have a sinus infection with no cold?

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be due to some ear infection and possibility of inner ear infection may be very likely chances of effusion may be likely and this need to be ruled out and for this you will have to get done the x-ray of this area, till then this can be treated with the medicines give bellow,
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
hope this information helps, take care.
