What Causes Severe Headache And A Rash On The Abdomen?

Hi I m at my house by myself at about 6 I started to feel ill and at about 7:30 it hit me all at once I had a massive head ache and my whole Body went weak. I called my mum who likes 4 hours away and asked her what to do she asked if I had a rash on my belly and I do it is a circle with red around the out side in little boys but white in the middle. I am in a rural area and the ambulance station is the only place I can get medical advice. What do I do?

refraction should be done and if error is detected the corection should be taken and there can be migraine can take migrainil one tab to start with and increase up to six tablet till free fro signs and symptoms rash in belly can be fungal for which candid ointment can be applied. dewarming with albendazole to be done.
