What Causes Severe Headache And Black Outs?

Celebrating with friends jumping on each other after superbowl, within 5 mins experienced severe headache, almost blacked out, since have have dull painful headache from back of head to front and sides 24 hrs a day, with sharp pains when turn to left feels like whole brain rattles and hurts, throbbing behind eyes constant, no relief with advil every 6-8 hrs past 5 days

This presentation sounds very much like exertional migraine. I would recommend trying indomethacin for pain relief. However, if you have never had headache before or if indomethacin does not afford any relief, it may be better to go in for a brain scan.
