What Causes Severe Headache And Blurred Vision?

hi, i'm 22 years old female presented with severe headache in occipital lobe , this was before 1 mounth , i got blured vision for 7 days , i made glases but it does not help then the vision return back after 10 days , i did mri for my brain , there is 2 spots they think that its MS but after that they told me to do lumbar puncture , i did it but its normal . after few days the headache gone for 2 weeks then return back , i dont know why
