What Causes Severe Headache And Enlarged Pupil In The Right Eye?

My right pupil is considerably larger than my left. Thats thats become a norm ality with my eyes .I noticed the change about 10 years ago.. What freaks me out is when I get a headache it gets huge takes up most of my iris.... Even slight pain causes this pupil to teact like that?. What could tbis mean???

let me know your age.it signifies your intracranial pressure is raising indicating some intracranialspaceoccupying lesion or may be due to the intense pain which is causing sympathetic overactivity..take mri scan to rule out the first.
