What Causes Severe Headache And Eye Pain?

Today is the second day I have had a headache. Yesterday it was really back to the point whete I could not bend over because it felt like pressure was makong my head heavy. Today it is not ad bad but still a little headache to the point where I would like to close my eyes and just go to sleep. My eyes still hurt a little as eell but not as bad as yesterday, I am not a huge medicine taker I really dont like taking medicine. What could be wrong?

These symptoms can be because of primary headaches like migraine or because of eye problems like refractive error. Hence this requires evaluation by a ophthalmologist to rule out refractive error and eye problems and by a general physician to rule out non ocular causes like migraine.
