Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

All her symptoms are more suggestive of acute severe sepsis (infection). So better to take her to doctor and get done clinical examination, blood reports like CBC (complete blood count), urine microscopic examination etc. She will need Intravenous antibiotic, fluids and other supportive treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
