What Causes Severe Headache And Numbness In Right Arm?

i have been getting headaches now for the last few weeks and inside my skull feels like its going to burst with pressure, i feel sick constantly throughout the day but worse in a morning and my right arm has been numb and my right hand is kind of tingling it feels wierd, my left arm is just starting to do the same, i have seen a neurologist some time ago but do you think i need a ct scan or anything or what could the problem be?
