What Causes Severe Headache, Drowsiness And Stiffness In The Neck?

Hi, Im experiencing severe headache, drowsiness, stiff neck, fatigue, weakness and I m very irritable....my tonsils is aching but I can say at the range of 4. I don t have fever but I m sneezing as well...I already consulted to a doctor and had urinalysis and cbc but the result was fine he diagnosed me with UTI. what do you think Dr. I m suffering of right now.

Achy tonsils, sneezing, headache, dizziness may indicate upper respiratory tract infection , common cold, sinusitis.
