What Causes Severe Headache During Sleep?

I do lots of things in my dream, sometimes I get visions(but I don t know if they are real visions) and sometimes I get consultation and sometimes I think I watch movies (funny right) but the point is everytime I get this severe headache that last fo many minutes and these days I seem to be forgetting many things and its affecting me at school

Hello,

Since you are having severe headaches, you are suggested to visit an EYE specialist & get your eyes tested. You may need a lens. Nearsightedness is the commonest cause of headache in students.

Avoid studying in dim light, avoid watching television, playing videos or computer games for longer duration's.

Stay away from stress, anxiety, exhaustion & muscle tension as they can trigger headaches.

Get assessed & evaluated. Tension headache, cluster headaches, hypnic headache are factors that may cause a severe headache. Your treating GP will treat you according to the type of headache diagnosed.

For relieving you can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) & Ibuprofen (Advil) for relieve.
