What Causes Severe Headache, Fatigue And Excessive Sweating At Night?

I have had a severe headache (eyes, gums, teeth hurt) for the past 2 weeks - pretty consistent. Extreme fatique, have had some excessive sweating at night, but not every night, and my neck hurts. I exercise regularly and I am a pescatarian, The headaches are almost debilitating.

Hi,

It can be a cluster headache. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
