What Causes Severe Headache, Fatigue, Intermittent Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I have been sick throwing up off and on for 3 days and diarrhea. The first day I had a severe headache and fatigue. Today I woke up feeling great until I ate and I have been throwing up since. I just noticed tiny black balls in my vomit the last time I threw up.

Diarrhoea causes not know, but
headache with fatigue with nausea and vomiting
it may be migraine.
but first you have to do investigation CT Brain Plain
if ct is normal so u start anti migraine medicine.
