What Causes Severe Headache Followed By Diarrhea?

Hello Doctor I woke up this morning with a bad headache and followed up by terrible loose motion. Then I ate something for breakfast and have been sleeping for about 2-3hours. My headache has gone but I feel pukish and I feel like going to the toilet to take a shit. I m feeling very weak.
