What Causes Severe Headache Followed By Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi, Since yesterday early morning I have had a severe headache (it woke me up) I lasted all day trying to ignore it. At 7pm I got really nauseous and threw up violently on and off after that. I woke up again this morning with the same headache, nausea but I had bad cramps and saw light blood on my underwear. The cramps went completely within 30mins and since then I ve only been bleeding when I urinate. The blood has small clots in it. No bleeding other than when urinating. It is heavy blood but when I wipe it is light and not a lot

Hello,

You probably may be suffering from urinary tract infection. UTI may can causes pain, headache and other possibilities like renal stone or cystitis.

Get urine examination and ultrasound of the abdomen done. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
