What Causes Severe Headache, High BP, Facial Numbness And Neck Pain?

What can be causing theses symptoms. Severe headache, high blood pressure, neck pain, 2 episodes of left side facial numbness and left leg weakness lasting 5 minutes, back of head tingling along with top of head tingling, foggy head, general over all feeling that something isn t right.
