What Causes Severe Headache Post Back Injury?

Hi doctor, I injured last year in one small accident but it hit my head(face towards sky) below on floor with rage. I had injury on back and clots in lower back( lower spinal cord area) . After that i am having severe headache ( not forehead, its on backside). The pain is not bearable when it starts i cant even put my head on pillow. It is high when i am tensed. There is lot of sweat on forehead when pain occurs. Thank u

Hello

According to the history of your trauma you can go to ER to get medical help.You need a head CT to evaluate the bony structure of the head
