What Causes Severe Headache, Sleeplessness, Profuse Sweating And Throat Pain?

Hi, I ve had a really bad headache for 3 days now. The pain is behind my forehead and eyes. I haven t been getting good sleep. When I wake up it feels like I hadn t slept at all. I m sensitive to heat and have been sweating. My throat also hurts but just the right side, although I think it s getting worse and spreading to the left side as well. Is this the flu?

Hi.

This could either be a sinus headache or even a migraine and you may require some help from your doctor which is why I recommend a visit to your local clinic.

The flu can trigger some sinus related symptoms including the headache you are experiencing so you may need some medical help. For now try steam inhalation and mild medications like paracetamol or tylenol.

Best wishes.
