What Causes Severe Headache While Having Gastritis?

Hello. I dont know where to start but i think im in a serious trouble . Im 23 years old. Blood pressure 150-90 All started 2months ago. At first i got stomach pain. Mostly on left side. Doctor did some tests like urine,blood, KUB u/s scan. Then said all normal so channel a sergeon doctor he might help. Then i channeled a sergeon, he said im having a gastritis. Then started treatment . After 2 weeks got sinus infection.had some medicine for sinus infection but didnt cured. Then after a week got a headache. At now it has become a serious headache . Its not like a normal headache . Back side of my head hurts its very painful, its like somthing is attacking for 3-5seconds. Then its gone. Doctors did some x ray and blood tests to detect sinus infections. But they said no sinus infection. Just take some headache medicines. But i dont think its gonna work. . please help me. I dont have money to pay and get answers.

Hello,

Severe headache and gastritis indicate gastric ulcers.

For that, I would suggest you take tab. pantoprazole and syp. mucaine gel.

If not getting relief, please do upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Avoid hot and spicy diet. Take soft foods.
