My head is hurting when I bend over, cough, sneeze, or strain in any way. It also hurt when I am laying on my pillow. My eyes are watery but o have no runny nose or sinus congestion that I can tell. After getting out of bed my face also hurts. Should I see a doctor or what should I do?
Hello there! Thank you for writing us here. I am suspecting increased pressure in your skull. Don't worry about it you can try doing a simple thing which everyone does at homes. Coffee! Yes it decreases intra cranial pressure to an extent. Have strong coffee in morning and afternoon. You'll feel the changes in a couple of days. Regards, Dr Gunjan
