What Causes Severe Headache While On Tylenol?

I ve had a bad headache since yesterday. Also experienced some blurry vision yesterday. Went away in 10 min. Thought it was from stress and bright lights along with being on a computer all day. Today I noticed pimple like rash on one side of my body that is itchy. Feeling low energy but no other symptoms. Been taking Tylenol. Headache is less severe now. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your work up should be done as follow....
-Blood pressure measurement (first thing to be done)
-history regarding allergy and congestion symptoms
-previous cardiac history
-CBC etc....

If from above work up allergy is the cause (like eosinophila) than fexofenedine drug prescribed

For rashes antihistaminic drug might prescribed

Your neck rigidity and reflexes should be checked to rule out possiblity of meningitis....

Irregular meal, smoking, hypoglycemia, less sleep, stress like precipitating factor avoided

Consult physician for examination

Take care
