What Causes Severe Headache With Hand Tremors, Weakness And Short Term Memory Loss?

I'm experiencing severe headaches x3 weeks, they have worsened lately, also having hand tremors, weakness, difficulty with word retrieval, short term memory loss at times. CT was neg. I have back problems so, I take flexeril 10mg, Lortab 10mg, ibuprofen, then at MD office received Toradol injec & dilaudid at ER. None of this completely takes the pain away. I am scheduled for MRI on monday & neurologist consult Tuesday. My potassium is 3.0 & mag is 1.7, this is the first time I've ever had abnormal labs also. I need answers &!your thoughts
