Dear,
All symptoms mentioned by u are sugg about either migraine or vascular headache which is very common in young females.
It may be a vestibulitis or labrynthitis if associated wid severe giddiness . They should go with 7 days course of antibiotics.
For migraine and vascular headache u should visit a neurophysician .
