What Causes Severe Headache?

Hi I am 27 years old.i am getting one side headache 1 or 2 times in a months fix and it gives severe pain and pain last to 36 hour if i did not take NSAID.i am facing this problem from 10 years.i tried so mcuh medicine Ayurved to homeopathi to Allopathy but it cured and in all cases of medicine it works up to 2 months then it becames registance to medicine.theres is no benifit of dose increase or decrease once if it registance. In another hand, i have unknown type of fear in every normal action,hehitation ,and low energy and low self confidence,tension and worries always in mind ,thinking and planning in mind never stop for the betterment but i cant not do and it not happens.just imagination.i have visited some specialist dr Neurologist,psychiatrist and pshycogist etc.i took medicine like proparnolol 20 mg BD,sodium divalporex 500-1000mg,Amitriptalin ,ectalopram 5 mg,clonazepam 0.5,paroxetine 12.5 OD etc.i took this medicine 1 year back upto 6 months and i got a lot of side effects like tremor ,hallucination and weight again etc.i quite all medicine and get back to normal but havig the same problem headache in 1 months and fear and low self confidence.what shoud i do for these two probelms ? Thank you

Hello,

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes. As of now analgesics like Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.
