What Causes Severe Headache,cold,ear,nose,throat & Chest Congestion?

Yesterday I had a bad head cold. Ear, nose,throat,chest congestion, diarhea, body aches, and chills. I woke up and threw up for the first time and still have diarhea, and an upset stomach at times(hits me in waves). But my throat pain has subsided and ears are unclogged. What do you think is going on?

If you have been on medications like antibiotics for the infection , it could be related that. Or it is a stomach infection which needs to be treated. Make sure you have lots of liquids orally.
