What Causes Severe Headache,memory Loss And Vision Problem?

Hello... I am 18 yrs old girl... I am suffering from memory lose and I also get sevear headache... Like i should bang my head in the wall and the headache is not seasonal.. I have respiration problem also. I also am suffering from hair lose... vision problem sometimes i.e. i sometimes get blankness in front of my eyes. I also have chest pain alot and numbness in legs and sometimes in hands. Do you think i should check for Brain tumor? I also readed its symptoms its same I am suffering from. So should i tell my parents to check for it? I dont want to look stupid, If girl of my age can't suffer from brain tumor. I never smoke..Please reply.
