What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Cough And Fever?

My 48 year old daughter has a cough, temperature and very severe headache on the front right side of her head. The Urgent Care she went to yesterday said her chest was clear, but she can t move or cough without the head hurting worse - she is use to migraine headaches, but she says this is different and painful all the time. Could this be the flu???

For severe headache and fever you have to advice your daughter tab Dolo 650 every 8-12 hours along with cap omez or cap pantop empty stomach. You also have to advice her some antibiotic after an expert opinion. For cough she has to take syrup bro-zedex or syrup grilinctus-bm every 8-12 hours. Advice cold sponging to reduce the temperature of her body and steam inhalation to relieve the congestion and discomfort from her chest.
