What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Nose Bleeding And Dizziness?

My doctor thinks i might have a brain tumor. I have a great deal of mental confusion, pain deep in my bones on left side only, weakness on left side. Can t hold a glass in hand. Massive headaches, bloody noses, sick to my stomach almost every morning, dizzy if i move too fast

yes ...your doctor is suspecting right ..please go for CT scan or MRI scan head ..as it may be some brain lesion as cyst or blood clot or abscess besides tumour...please donot delay
