hi, I ve never had any types of severe headaches or migraines, but when I cam to college, as a freshman, I have been experiencing a few a week, and a small one thoughout the whole day. Also, when I try to read my headache comes on stronger as well as my eyes have been hurting as well. The headaches are all in the from to the head, in the forehead and in my eyes. I also have been having small muscle spasms and cramps, nothing too crazy a or painful, but I can feel them twitching. Is it just stress from school?
