What Causes Severe Headaches And Body Pain Before Getting Periods?

hi, dr. i have my periods irregular and the biggest problem is i get severe headaches and body pain before 2-4 days of the cycle. and if bleeding is low in a particular month then the pain continues. i m married about a year back and facing this problem since 5-6 years. also i have developed some ugly black patches on my cheek bones.
