What Causes Severe Headaches And Pain Above The Navel?

I do not drink coffee, caffeinated teas, alcohol, not a drop, smoke or do drugs. I have been getting ice pick head aches few times per month within the past year which is unusual for me. My primary doc & Neurologist don t seem to know what to make of it. Within this month I had a 3 day migraine with hypersensitive to light & noise- worst ever, last 2 days sudden stabbing pain directly above my belly button disappearing to burning dull achy upper abdominal pain. Now I have upper àbdominal pain, back pain, ringing in my ears, headache, quezy tum, lack of appetite, constipation. ovarian cyst has been ruled out by an pelvic ultrasound and allergy test show no sensitivies to gluten, lactose or dairy.
