What Causes Severe Headaches And Sleepy Feeling?

I suffer with a bad neck and back which the doctors don t seem bothered about just got told I have over flexible ligaments! Today I have been in partially ALOT of pain and been very snappy with it, when my neck hurts I get bad headaches like a migraine and makes me so sleepy should I be worried? Also everytime I sniff I get terrible pains all down my face and head again should I be worried?

I understand your concern!
In my opinion
these symptoms can be caused by a disorder caused Chiary malformation, a malformation from birth. It causes the lower part of the small brain to be in a lower position than normally. Also another disorder with these symptoms could be intracranial hypotension. But in this case your headache would increase by standing up, so it is less probable.
The sleepy feeling may be caused by headache or it can be a sign of anemia.
Both these situation cause headache which aggravates during physical exercise or coughing, sneezing and laughing.
Anemia can also be the cause of headache.
I would recommend you a head MRI to rule out these diagnosis and a routine blood test to rule out anemia.
