What Causes Severe Headaches And Tinnitus?

I was prescribed Topiramate 25 mg last week for severe headaches due to my arthritis and the bones around my spinal cord pressing against it. It stopped the headaches for about 4 days. Now there s like a white noise in my head that doesn t go away ever. I have had a headache for years.

Hi,

Headache and tinnitus may be due to ear infection or eustachian tube block or temporomandibular joint dysfunction or sensory neuropathy, etc. Cervical cord compression or posterior circulation stroke may also present like this.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. use tablet ginvobiloba twice a day for five days. Please consult ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly
