What Causes Severe Headaches, Chest Pounding, Dizziness During Pregnancy?

hi i am 27 weeks pregnant. i did a glucose test an it came up abnormal so they sent me to the 4 hr fasting one. they said that one is normal. im having severe headaches, an now my chest is pounding too, im a little dizzy an just dnt feel right. i drink lots of water. im just not sure if this is normal.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the chest pounding,dizziness ,tiredness are also seen in anaemia.So I suggest you to do hemoglobin level and rule out anaemia.This is routinely seen in pregnancy.Take iron rich and good nutritional diet.Have adequate fluids.Always lie in left or right lateral position to increase the blood flow to fetus.As the blood sugars are normal it might not be the cause.
