Hello,
You have history of PTSD, ADHD,
joint pains (
arthritis) and now are in peri-menopausal phase and exeriencing the symptoms. Get blood tests done to confirm OA or RA. Take NSAIDS, one SOS when required for relief. You should do regular exercises and walking to help your joints stay mobile and flexible. Take
vitamin E (Evion-400), once daily for 10 days.
Osteoporosis is a potential danger for all those who are in menopausal or peri menopausal phase. Take diet rich in magnesium, calcium balanced with veggies & fruits. Avoid addictions (alcohol and smoking etc). Illness, body weakness, inadequate sleep, lack of family bonding, isolation, medical conditions, certain medications can cause
depression. Vitamin D deficiency may cause depression. Anti-anxiety medications can help. Get connected to a physiotherapist and get help from therapies, they are effective.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
