What Causes Severe Headaches Despite Taking Tylenol?

I had my ablation friday, since saturday I have had a severe headache that has not gone away. I have taken tylenol, but know that I cannot yet take any other medications for headache pain. Should I be concerned and call my doctor? Or is this just another side effect that will eventually disappear?

I will try my best to provide you with the relevant answer

Tylenol can be taking maximum for thrice a day.

If you are taking one, increase to 2 tablets.

Continue for a week or till the headache persists.

It should subcide in a week.
