What Causes Severe Headaches, Dizziness And Chest Pain?

For about a month my husband has been having episodes upon exertion, of severe headache, dizziness, chest pain.. He has a stent in his LAD.. Cardio Light stress test negative, cardiac catheterization negative.. He has been in hospital past three days.. Accidental finding 10+ yrs ago of lesions on the brain, with no symptoms.. Therefore no treatment on that.. He is no better.. Bad headache, dissiness( says he feels like he s drunk) Please help...

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that after the cardiac stenting your husband has started taking anti-platelet drugs and those are important to keep the stents patent. But antiplatelet drugs can yield risk for previous brain lesion that needs to be evaluated.

Its recommended to get a CT head done and personally consult a Neurologist for further evaluation and proper treatment.
