What Causes Severe Headaches, Dizziness And Neck Pain After Suffering From Head Injury?

hello doc,im a male,25 years old.i sffered a closed head injury when i was hit with a blunt metal rod in 2013.i lost conciousness for 5hrs and when i was admitted,the CT scan showed two tiny cracks on the skull,one in the forehead and the other at the back of my neck.no surgery was done and i was discharged on morphine after one week.but for the past few months ive been suffering from severe headches,fever ,constant dizzines and pain at the back of my neck where i was hit.could my brain injury getting complications?please advice.thank you
