What Causes Severe Headaches Followed By Slurred Speech?

I have just came from the emergency room @ my area hospital... The doctor they said that I might be suffering from a form of bells palsey.. I have been getting migraine headaches a lot (and I never get head aches).. My headaches usually start right over the left eye and then moves back behind my left ear... I work up Saturday morning and the left side of my mouth all the way up to the bottom of my left eye were uable to move and my voice was sulered... Does this sound normal?

all the problem can be from bells palsy but it can be clinically detected. in this case main problem will be expo user keratitis. in that case apply refresh eye al tefuntion of ocular muscle innervated by facial nerve should be tested night neosporine eye ointment can be applied.closing of eyelids raising eye brows tongue movment and blowing can be tested and problem detected slurred speech is one sign. all will go with improvement. it can be observed steroid short course and tab neurobion can be taken.
