What Causes Severe Headaches In The Morning?

I woke up this morning, had a very bad headache. From my nose around my head. I started throwing up something that looks like green stuff from my stomach, with diarrheal. Until 1pm today. I my stomach is still upset and I have pressure around my nose. What can I eat and try to keep it down. I am very sick

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Gastroenteritis seems to be causing headache in your case

For that you can be prescribed rabeprazole 20 mg OD for one week

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

Drink more water

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach

Avoid outside food intake for few days

Ciprofloxacin like antibiotic course also can be prescribed

For headache if needed PCM can be prescribed

If congestion present than upper respiratory tract infection needs to be ruled out
