What Causes Severe Headaches Under Direct Sunlight?

Hello Dr, I am 38 years old working women. I get severe headaches, when ever i go out in Sun. The headache will end up with loose motion and vomiting. After the vomitting my headache will end if I sleep for sometime. I observe that whenever i get dehydrated, I get this headache. also from the vomitting I observe the food taken has stayed undigested fro long. What could be the cause for this ? What is the remedy?

Well come to HCM
This could be migraine headache, as long as it is possible avoid going in sun, because this could be aggravating factor, if this is confirmed migraine then this can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen and Domperidone" specific treatment of migraine can be tried if this is confirmed case of migraine and for that Ergotamine or Carbamazepine is the drug of choice, but get it confirmed, have a nice day.
