What Causes Severe Headaches With Sweating ?

Got terrible heache but I jusr ignore it but, i took aspirin didnt help. I felt hungry to i went out to have a sandwich, 30 mins ago still hungry and still got a hearache, then suddenly i was shaking, sweating , my body temperature got got and I kindly crying without knowing it. And i fall asleep after. I wake 1 or 2 hours and i feel bit better.
