General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a neurologist and get an MRI scan to rule out central causes. As of now analgesics like Tramadol or Aceclofenac can be taken for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
