What Causes Severe Heart Burn, Abdominal Cramps, Nausea And Diarrhea?

I have severe heartburn, burning in my throat and upper chest, painful stomach cramps, horrible migraine for 2 days, diarrhea, nausea, and light headedness when I get up to move. Should I be worried and get to a doc or could it be some stomach bug that will pass?

Hello welocme to HCM. You have severe acidity. More acid is produced in the stomach which is splashing up towards oesophagus Hence burning pain in the chest. Acid burning the stomach wall causing cramps. Reverse splashing leading to nausea. It all influences the intestine motility so you have diarrhoea. Please take omez-40mg once daily half an hour before break fast. Every day for ten days. All the problems will be relieved in early. If the head ache does not relueved please take analgesic tablet after consulting doctor. Take care.
