I suffered servere heart palpitations, shaking, feeling hot, extremely craving for sugar, weak ate an apple drank heaps of water, chest felt 'weird', took an hour for symptoms to pass, feel very tired and inside of my mouth, tongue feels raw, and my chest stills feels strange...

Dear sir

As it appears from your symptoms that you are having symptoms related to hypoglycemia, that is low blood sugars which really causes all the symptoms that you have mentioned

Sudden onset of hypoglycemias might be due to lot of reasons
1. Panceratic tumorus
2. Excessive stress
3. Eating disorders

But you need to do lot of work up investigations.
1. USG abdomen, pelvis and kidney, ureter and bladder
2. Hormonal level estimations including insulin and glucogoan.

ECG, TMT and 2D ECHO might reveal lot of findings.
