What Causes Severe Hot Flashes?

Hi, I m only 32 and for 5-6 now, and still ongoing, I am having massive hot flashes. To the point where it makes me nauseous and light headed...ultimately triggering my panic disorder. It s also accompanied by pain in my torso, insomnia and rapid mood changes. No new medications have started. I m currently taking Prozac, Buspirone and Doxepin. Any ideas?

How about your menstrual cycle? Is it regular? Are you gaining or losing weight? i think you may have pre-mature ovarian failure for which you may need fsh/lh test. You may need to consult a gynecologist for that to confirm it.
