General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your pain seems to be nerve pain probably caused by nerve pressure at a particular position or a muscle pull following valium/sodium low levels. Physical examination & needful investigations would pin point the cause followed by specifications for management. Please consult a physician followed by referral to orthopedic or muri specialist (as per the findings if needful).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
